The Ministry indicated that the process of applying to private colleges and universities will include four steps, distributed as follows:

• First Step: Create a Student Account
• Second Step: Fill in the student’s information
• Third Step: Choosing a College/Department
• Fourth Step: Student Registration in College

The “Qadam Platform” application is currently only available on iPhones, and will be available on other Android devices soon.
