Assistant Professor Dr. Hashem Jabbar Al-Husseini, Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala, welcomed groups of well-wishers from faculty members, lecturers, and staff from both within and outside the college, on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.
