According to an official document, the Central Bank of Iraq has issued a decision to launch the National Electronic Payment Card for both employees and non-employees.

🔹 The card will be issued exclusively by the Central Bank and under its direct supervision.
🔹 It will be used only within Iraq.
🔹 The card is limited to withdrawals in Iraqi Dinar (IQD).

This initiative aims to enhance digital financial inclusion and streamline local payment systems.
