As part of its continuous efforts to support sports and student activities, the Student Activities Division at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Karbala has begun preparing and maintaining the college stadium in anticipation of the upcoming sports championships to be held at both the college and university levels.

The work included preparing the field surface and carrying out the necessary maintenance of the sports facilities to ensure a suitable environment for students to practice various athletic activities, as well as enhancing readiness to host both internal and external tournaments.

The Student Activities Division emphasized that these efforts are part of its annual plan aimed at promoting sports activities within the college and refining students’ skills, contributing to the development of a spirit of fair competition and teamwork among them.

It also highlighted that attention to sports activities is considered an essential part of supporting the students’ academic and educational journey, as the college seeks to provide a proper environment for practicing sports alongside academic achievement.
