The Accounting Department at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Karbala has achieved outstanding results in the ministerial assessment exams, securing sixth place among Iraqi universities, according to the report issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the current academic year.

This achievement reflects the department’s academic advancement and the significant efforts made by the faculty in developing the curriculum and applying academic quality standards, which contribute to enhancing student performance and achieving competitive results among peer departments in Iraqi universities.

The college administration confirmed that this advanced ranking is the result of continuous cooperation between the teaching staff and the students, representing an important step toward strengthening the department’s standing and maintaining even higher achievements in the coming years.
