The Dean of the College Attends the Third International Conference on Medical Sciences at Al-Ameed University

The Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala, Assistant Professor Dr. Hashim Jabbar Al-Husseini, attended the sessions of the Third International Conference on Medical Sciences held by Al-Ameed University, with wide participation from researchers and academics from various Iraqi, Arab, and international universities.

The conference featured scientific sessions that addressed the latest research in developing medical curricula, adopting modern teaching methods in health colleges, and discussing strategies that contribute to advancing the health sector in Iraq.

During his participation, the Dean emphasized the importance of academic engagement in specialized scientific conferences, as they serve as platforms for exchanging expertise, learning about the latest developments in medical and scientific fields, and strengthening cooperation between Iraqi universities and international academic institutions.

Al-Husseini pointed out that supporting scientific research in medical fields is a key step toward improving healthcare services and building a comprehensive health system capable of addressing modern challenges. He affirmed that the active participation of Iraqi universities in such conferences reflects the scientific progress witnessed by higher education institutions.

This participation comes within the College of Administration and Economics’ commitment to enhancing its scientific presence and supporting collaboration between administrative and medical disciplines to serve the community and develop the university’s educational environment.
